We collect information you give us directly through our consultation request form, by phone, by email, or in person. This typically includes:

- Service address (ZIP code, street, city) so we can confirm we serve your area
- Project details — number of windows, products of interest, preferred dates
- Any additional notes you choose to share
- How you heard about us (used for marketing attribution)
We also collect limited information automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and referring URL. This is standard web analytics data.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your consultation request, by phone, text, or email
- Schedule and prepare for your in-home or on-site consultation
- Provide a written quote and follow up on your project
- Send service updates related to a project you have hired us for

- Clignite — our forms and lead-capture provider. Form submissions are stored in our Clignite account.
- Fly.io — our website hosting provider.
- SiteGround — our email provider. Emails you send to cs@pennshades.com are stored with SiteGround.
- Google Analytics — aggregate, anonymized website analytics. No personally identifying information is shared with Google.
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the safety of our team or customers.

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes only: keeping the site functioning (essential cookies) and aggregated usage analytics (Google Analytics).
